The Parisian City Guide
Forget the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, spend your 24 hours in Paris doing something a little more unique. We’ve got you sorted with decadent chocolate tasting, unforgettable shopping destinations and stylish afternoon tea.
Home to some of the globe’s most talented pastry chefs, Paris is world-renowned for its sweet treats (think croissants and macaroons). Café Antonia at Le Bristol Paris offers a delicious afternoon tea – perfect for enjoying a well-deserved break and indulgent teatime goodies.
Sweet like Chocolate
Chocoholics unite! Sitting near Bastille, a chocolate factory owned by multi-Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse, awaits. Watch the unique manufacturing process before picking yourself up some delectable pralines, ganaches and truffles.
Perhaps not the most romantic of exhibitions, the Paris Catacombs give a glimpse into the dark history of this glamorous city. Holding the remains of more than six million people, this haunting museum is built directly under the city, so if you don’t visit it at least you can say you walked over it.
